Civil War Comes to the Pioneer Village

Date: September 8th & September 9th

After this event taking a year off, it will return in 2018. This event will be all new and have a different feel and be more captivating for our visitors. We are currently recruiting people to be re-enactors for the event and if you are interested contact us through our email address and we will discuss it with you.

The kids and adults alike will love seeing History come to life as the battle still rages on at the Village. All participants will be in authentic gear and will be re-enacting battles and transporting you back to the Civil War.

There will be guns firing (no live ammunition) so everyone be prepared for a very active village. As the event gets closer we will publish schedules and have them available at the gate so everyone will know what is going on.
